1. What is MallPurchaze?
MallPurchaze is a small, family-run online store based in Uttar Pradesh, India. We offer a wide range of useful and innovative products for your home, kitchen, personal care, and more — all carefully curated to meet everyday needs.

2. Where do you deliver?
We currently ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available for most products. We verify all COD orders via phone call before shipping.

4. Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and view your order history.

5. Are your products covered under warranty?
No, we currently do not offer warranty on any products.

 

Shipping Questions

1. What is the shipping time?
Orders are delivered within 5–7 working days after dispatch.

2. How long does it take to process an order?
We take 1–2 working days to process your order before dispatch.

3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above ₹500.

4. Which courier partners do you use?
We ship through reliable partners such as Blue Dart, DTDC, Ecom, Amazon, Ekart, Shadowfax, and Xpressbees.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll share a tracking link with you via SMS or email.

 

Cancellations

1. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

2. How do I request a cancellation?
You can request a cancellation by emailing us at mallpurchaze@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91-7704076088.

3. Is there any cancellation fee?
No, we do not charge any cancellation fee if the order hasn’t been shipped.

 

Refunds

1. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–6 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

2. How will I receive my refund?

  • Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method.

  • COD orders: refunded via bank transfer after return confirmation.

3. Do I need to provide any proof for returns or refunds?
Yes, an unboxing video is required for returns or damaged product claims.
